I am very pleased with everything I had done
I love my doctor but the office staff is terribly rude and the inability to ever call and speak to someone is impossible. Some time I've been on hold have been 34 min, 18 min, and 22 minutes Without ever speaking to anyone. I would not recommend this office.
Doctor's and nurse practitioners are great but office staff are incredibly rude. It takes forever to talk to someone on the phone, and when you do, they're just as rude as in person.
Office interior is extremely run down. Chairs and carpeting need replacing but biggest problem is that each time I go for an exam the doctor is always late, exceeding a 30 minute wait. Tried several doctors at the practice and it is clearly apparent that their time is more valuable than the client's. This will be my last visit. I recommend finding another eye doctor.
I went to take my mother in law cause they do not have any spanish translater and my mother in law only speaks spanish. It was a horrible experience. I was already uncomfortable cause I need to take my kids with me since they did not provide a spanish translater. When my mother in law was called in the lady in the front desk suggested that I leave my 8 year old and my one year old in the waiting room.That upset me a lot how would I leave a child in the care of another child. The doctor that originally treated my mother in law was rude and had condescending tone. He had my mother in law mimic his hand movements and would get frustrated if she did a move not as exact as he has shown her. I mentioned that we are not incompetent and he changed his attitude. When the appointment was over The front desk lady hurried to get the paper from us as if she was rushing us. The front desk lady should just not be in the front desk she has no people skills and is inconsiderate. The only one that was polite was the nurse and I did not get her name but she was pleasant. I would advise them to get translaters and to remove the front desk lady with the glasses cause she is a liability suggesting to have kids be unsupervised, and rushing patients.
